Global Dream is a non-profit initiative that aims to promote literacy in India through a new technique for rapid learning, based on the principle that anyone who can read can teach anyone else to read.

 

Tests have demonstrated that the system enables a person of any age to go from complete illiteracy to complete functional literacy with just 15-20 minutes of work each day for less than one month. For more information, please visit their website.

 

After our trip to India in 2014 we decided we wanted to support a local charity. Having attended and performed at the launch event for Global Dream in Lucknow (UP, India), it seemed the obvious and worthy choice.
